The agreement
By purchasing or downloading Better Days Planner ("the Software"), or by using betterdaysplanner.com ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use either.
License
When you buy Better Days Planner, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal household use by you and members of your immediate household. You may run it on as many devices as you own.
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, or share the software file with anyone outside your household.
- Upload the file to public or private file-sharing sites.
- Modify, rebrand, or repackage the software for distribution under another name.
- Remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices from the software.
Updates
Lifetime updates are provided through the original platform you purchased on (Gumroad or other authorized reseller). We aim to ship meaningful improvements regularly but make no specific schedule promise.
What this software is — and isn't
Better Days Planner is a planning tool grounded in publicly available guidance from FEMA, the Red Cross, Ready.gov, and the USDA. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, nutritional, veterinary, or emergency-services advice. The information in the printable guides is general and may not fit every household, region, or situation.
In an actual emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Use your judgment, follow guidance from local authorities, and consult appropriate professionals for medical, legal, or pet-care decisions specific to your family.
No warranty
The software and the website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
Better Days Planner, its creators, and its affiliates are not liable for any claim, damages, or other liability — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of the software or the website. Your only remedy if you are dissatisfied is to request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds
Standard 30-day refunds through the platform you bought on. Email hello@betterdaysplanner.com if you have trouble.
Trademarks
"Better Days Planner," the tagline "Better days start with a plan," and the brand mark and lockup logos are trademarks of Better Days Planner. You may not use them in connection with any product or service without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Better Days Planner is registered. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the software or website after changes constitutes acceptance.
